Sustainability Advice

Sustainability working for you

The 2016 Paris Agreement on climate change set a target to limit global warming to 1.5C by 2030 and the UNSDGs set out a blueprint to address the global environmental and social issues. To achieve these vital goals, we all need to play our part.

Our consulting service is a practical way to get clear advice to build and implement strategies across your business operations. This could include providing policy documents, community out reach sourcing and practical partner introductions all with a view to allowing your staff to stay engaged but we will carry out the heavy lifting. If you have already signed up to a Green Accreditation program we offer help and advise on how to collate your compliance evidence based on the program you have committed to. We have experience working with well known national and internationally recognised accreditation brands.

You may have several questions about sustainability, for example how easy is it to adopt sustainable practices and how does it improve your organisation? We offer a FREE 1 hour initial conversation with Lucy Agace, our professional consultant, who will put your mind at rest about the options open to you. We help you navigate through this challenging period armed with what you need to build a resilient climate conscious organisation.

Our team comes with a wide variety of experience and expertise in multiple sectors such as: Hospitality, Regenerative Economy, Sustainable Business Model, Circular Economy Principles, Building & Development and Rewild Economics. With these foundations we are in a strong position to support any organisation, business or enterprise with their sustainability goals.

To make it easier for you we offer a FREE 1 hour phone discussion with a professional consultant.

During the conversation the consultant will assess the type, size and complexity of your operation and offer the best strategy to help you make the right decisions for your company and the planet. Some of the key points covered during this preliminary call will be:

Carbon emissions

Waste Management

Supply Chains

Environmental Impacts

Employees

Employment Policies

One of the easiest ways to embrace sustainability is by committing to a Sustainable Management Plan (SMP). An SMP lays the foundation throughout your operations, embeds best practices and is communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Establishing a key management leader from within your company and a 'green team' to deliver the SMP criteria to all stakeholders is fundamental to the success of the process. This plan will also include an environmental policy in line with ISO standards and a strategy to reduce carbon emissions and calculations.

Once we know what you need, we can provide a consultancy fee. We have flexible terms, we take a 30% deposit and the remainder can be paid on a monthly basis.
